We have been passionate about teaching people to drive for over 50 years. Our state certified and licensed team is led by former NC certified public school teacher and football coach Charlie Brown, aka "Coach Brown". All of our instructors are current or former NC certified public school teachers with a love for teaching.
If your goal is to obtain your driver's license for the first time, we will teach you the skills and good driving habits required to pass the driving test in order to receive your NC DMV driver's license. Take as little or as much time as you need behind the wheel until you feel comfortable that you are ready to pass the test.
If you already have your NC Driver's License and are not comfortable behind the wheel, we provide a safe, secure learning environment where you can practice driving until you feel confident enough to drive on your own.
We welcome all future and current drivers. If you are shy, nervous or have a disability, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We believe that all people should be able to enjoy the freedom that comes with driving!
NC DMV Requirements

If you need a learner's permit, go to your local DMV office with the required documents and they will issue you a learner's permit. The NC DMV requires the following documents in order to issue a learner's permit:
Give us a call after you have received your Learner's Permit or if you already have your valid state issued driver's license and we will be glad to schedule you for a driving lesson. We want to help you become a safe and confident driver.
